TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) - Qualifying for special elections begins today for Senate Disctrict 6, House District 17, and House District 24.
The qualifying period ends at noon on Tuesday. The special elections were called after Former Senator John Thrasher, resigned from the legislature to become president of florida state university.
