LEON COUNTY Fla.-- A judge has ruled Henry Segura's trial date can be moved.
Henry Segura is accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend and her 6 year-old twin daughters as well as her 3 year old son.
The family's bodies were found in November of 2010 in their home on Saddle Creek Run.
Segura was expected to go on trial at the end of this month however, Friday morning it was ruled that the trial date will be moved to August 22nd.
They have also scheduled a pre-trial case management for March 21st.
The judge also said they would meet 45 days before trial to see if all parties are ready to continue with court proceedings.
