TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Henry Segura is set to return to a Leon county courtroom for the murders of his ex-girlfriend and her three children.
Segura is accused of murdering Brandi Peters, her twin daughters and the son they shared, back in 2010.
A retrial was scheduled for Segura after a jury couldn't reach a verdict.
A date for the retrial has not yet been set.
Segura could face the death penalty if found guilty.
This Tuesday's court hearing is set to begin at 10:30 a.m.
