TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A quadruple murder suspect will head to trial in eleven days in Leon County court.

Nearly seven years after a woman and her three children were found dead, and after a number of legal delays, the man accused of killing all four of them will finally go to trial.

Henry Segura was in court Thursday morning for what's called a pre-trial hearing. Both the prosecution and the defense say they're ready for trial.

The court will summon 200 jurors during the first two days of this trial narrowing that field down, based on prior knowledge of this case and any significant hardships.

This trial is expected to last three weeks so, a lot of time to go over this case. Jury selection is expected to take three days.

We tried to speak with both the prosecution and the defense. They declined comment.

A related hearing is scheduled for next Thursday, and the trial is scheduled to start on Monday, July 31st.

If convicted, Henry Segura could face the death penalty.
