TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Quadruple murder suspect Henry Segura will go to court Tuesday for a case management hearing.
The hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. His trial was postponed last month after his defense attorneys asked that testimony from a man who confessed to orchestrating the four murders be allowed during his trial.
Segura, 39, could face the death penalty if he is found guilty for the 2010 murders of his ex-girlfriend, her twin 6-year old daughters and a son they shared together.
A retrial was scheduled after a jury couldn't reach a verdict last August.
