(WWSB) – Publix is recalling their Tropical Fruit Medley Mix product due to the possibility of Listeria.
Publix issued the recall on Friday because it might be contaminated.
This item was sold in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina. It was recalled after they received notification from their supplier of dried apricot.
The item has a UPC code of 41415088586 and all used by dates are under recall.
"As part of our commitment to food safety, potentially impacted product has been removed from all store shelves,” said Maria Brous, Publix media and community relations director.
