TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) -- Summer break is here for students throughout our area and on Saturday, the city's public pools open. The city of Tallahassee is offering “Splash and Jam” which offers safe summer fun for kids.
“Splash and Jam” first started in 2011 and offers local teens a safe alternative for late night summer fun. This Wednesday is the official kick off at the Robinson-Trueblood pool at 11 am.
The event features interactive games and free pool noodles for the first 100 kids. This summer, “Splash and Jam” events will take place every Friday night.
