COLQUITT COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) - Prosecutors will seek the death penalty in the case of a Colquitt County quintuple murder suspect.
The district's attorney's office officially filed to seek the death penalty in the Jeffery Peacock case.
He is the man accused of shooting and killing his five friends then setting the house on fire in may of 2016.
District attorney Brad Shealey says the date of Peacock's first appearance is unclear.
