TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - State Attorney Jack Campbell has issued a Notice of Filing to one of the attorneys of the nine FSU fraternity members charged in the death of pledge Andrew Coffey.
In the document, Campbell cites a WFSU article in which he says Don Pumphrey Jr., the lawyer for Luke Klutz, talked with reporters about new evidence in the case.
The notice sites Florida Rule of Professional Conduct when it comes to speaking about a trial beforehand.
Klutz is one of the remaining four former frat members who have scheduled motion hearings Wednesday in relation to Coffey's death.
