TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Very soon Tallahassee's first and largest independently owned production brewery will move into its new location on South Monroe Street.
On Friday morning, WTXL ABC 27's Jada Williams was live with an exclusive first look inside the new Proof Brewing Company.
The new Proof Brewing here on South Monroe is almost completed.
The grand opening of the facility will be held on February 8th introducing new hours of operations and will feature tours and live music that weekend.
On February 1st – 3rd, Proof Brewing will welcome the public to join in a soft opening with limited bar and food service.
