TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Proof Brewing Company is officially open for business at their new location.
Friday night they had their grand opening and it was packed both inside and outside in their beer garden.
The new brewery on South Monroe Street, is 34,000 square feet and a six million dollar investment that took one year to complete.
Last Friday, they held a soft opening, previewing their new location.
After a few tweaks, they were ready for this Friday's full reveal with a full menu and full bar.
"There were a few service points that we had to adjust and some signs that we needed to put up to help direct people a little bit better but all in all, everything went smooth. We've had such a great response from the community, we feel so supported and it's an awesome feeling," said Bryan Smith.
The grand opening weekend events will continue through Sunday at Proof's new location, 1320 South Monroe Street, which, by the way, was the old Coca-Cola plant, originally built in the 1940's.
