TALLAHASSEE, Fl. (WTXL) -- When drones are mentioned in everyday conversation, most immediately think of military or spying uses, but local tech repairman and CEO Jason Keifer says their are many other practical uses.
"Don't be afraid of them. People have lots of uses that are not nefarious with these things; and they're going to be out in public en masse very soon," Keifer said.
Wednesday local business leaders met to discuss the commercial use of quad-copter drones.
A heavy topic about drones is regulations by the Federal Aviation Administration. Some of those questions are about locations allowed for use, minimum height of flight, and the consequences of using the drones for commercial use if not licensed.
