TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The survivors of the Parkland Florida school shooting are galvanizing the debate on gun control with the "Never Again" movement.

Their day in Tallahassee will be packed full with meetings and a gun reform rally at the State Capitol.

The students are slated to make their way to the capitol around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday morning. Participants will meet up at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center. Massive crowds are expected to show up.

A senator from the Parkland district has high hopes that these students will be the ones who impart change.

Lawmakers met for hours with students on Tuesday.

In preparation for the massive crowds, the Tallahassee Police Department is closing off some roads. Several intersections, mostly on College Avenue and FAMU Way, will be blocked starting at 11 a.m. as marchers safely pass.
