TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Wednesday's are for the ladies thanks to Domi Station's Working Women Wednesday initiative.
And today that focus is all on women wanting to break into the beauty industry.

The beauty industry spans from hair dressers, to clothing, to make up and is continuously growing, but breaking in and staying in is tricky.
Today women looking to make it in the multi-billion dollar industry can come out to Domi Station to hear from a panel of four businesswomen working in beauty.
Domi Station is co-sponsoring today's Pretty and Smart: The Business of Beauty workshop with the Women's Business Council at the Big Bend Minority Chamber of Commerce.
According to Forbes, there are at least 40 prominent beauty startups today founded by women, but it is till a male dominated industry.
So if you're interested, come out to Domi Station on Railroad Avenue at noon.
These are all local women who have started businesses in the beauty world ranging from image consulting to lash and hair growth experts and hairdressers.
