George Conway, the husband of top Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway, is expected to be named to a top position within the Department of Justice by President Trump, CNN reported.

George Conway would head up the civil decision, so that means he'd be defending legal challenges made against White House policies - that could include the travel ban.

George Conway is a lawyer who defended Paula Jones in her sexual harassment lawsuit against President Bill Clinton. He's also represented the NFL and Phillip Morris.
