Preliminary autopsy results in; memorial planned for Leo Walker

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) --  The preliminary autopsy results are in for the body found Friday in Live Oak.

Police Chief Buddy Williams saying that the cause of death is accidental drowning.

The body was found in a pond on Friday, during the third day of searching for Leo Walker, a 9-year-old autistic boy who hasn't been seen since Wednesday.

Williams says the identification of the body will not be confirmed until the DNA testing comes back.

At this time, foul play is not indicated.

We've also learned a public memorial for Leo Walker is scheduled for Sunday at 9 p.m. at John Hale Rec park in Live Oak. Organizers are also collecting teddy bears to donate to the police department to have for kids during times of tragedy.
