FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Franklin County is still experiencing some power outages following Hurricane Michael.
Franklin County Emergency Management said power is restored to Alligator Point up to the break in the road and Carrabelle is partially restored.
They stated St. George Island will take longer to get power because of a damaged substation.
FCEM also said communication is limited in the Franklin County area, but AT&T towers are operational.
