GADSDEN Co., Fla., (WTXL) -- Talquin Electric Cooperative is reporting power outages, due to storms that have moved into the area.
They say there are about 1,300 members without power across the Gadsden and Liberty Counties. Areas include Havana, Gretna, and Bristol.
