Bossier Parish, LA (WTXL) -- 10 pounds of marijuana, candies infused with the drug and over $1,000 were found on a FSU student, according to Louisiana State Troopers.
Around 5 a.m. on September 8th, troopers stopped Edward Sepe for a routine traffic stop on I-20 Eastbound. Troopers say he was heading back to Tallahassee.
The report shows Sepe refused permission for the car to be searched when a Louisiana State Police K-9 was deployed.
Troopers say, the K-9 alerted that illegal narcotics were in the vehicle.
The incident report describes 10 pounds of suspected hydroponic marijuana being found in the trunk along with "assorted candies and snack bars" infused with marijuana.
Louisiana State Police say the total street value of the drugs is estimated to be $70,000.
Sepe was arrested for possession with intent to distribute Schedule 1 narcotics and possession of narcotics, according to arrest records.
