TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A serial flasher who has at least five convictions for exposing himself has been arrested again, this time for exposing himself in front of a victim's home for the second time in just over a year.

Brian Murray, 47, was booked into the Leon County Detention Facility on Feb. 2 and was charged with indecent exposure.

According to a probable cause document, Murray was caught touching himself outside a victim's home.

The victim told police she immediately recognized him as the man she caught touching himself outside her window while her children were present just over a year ago.

Before police could arrive, Murray ran away. However, the victim had taken picture of Murray in the act, giving them to police as evidence.

On Feb. 1, an officer spotted Murray walking through the parking lot of the Donut Kingdom on West Tennessee Street. He tried to run away when officers tried to arrest him, but was tased and taken into custody.

Once in custody, Murray admitted to having a "crack pipe" on him, which officers were able to locate.

As a result, Murray was charged with indecent exposure, resisting an officer without violence, possession of narcotic equipment and violation of probation. He remains in jail on a $2,500 bond.

This is not the first time Murray has been arrested for exposing himself. He has served time for indecent exposure at least four times and has been convicted of sexual voyeurism as well.
