VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - Police in Valdosta are looking for an 18-year-old suspect accused of shooting a person Wednesday morning.
According to the Valdosta Police Department, around 2:15 a.m. they were called out to a shooting in the 1000 Block of North Toombs Street.
There, they found a victim suffering from a gun shot wound. That person was treated at the hospital and later released.
Police say they discovered after witness interviews that the victim was shot following an argument with Drequan Denson.
Denson is accused of shooting the gun multiple times with one of those bullets hitting the victim. Police say a three-year-old was witnessed the shooting.
Denson is wanted for aggravated assault and cruelty to children. If you have any info on his location you are asked to call the Valdosta Police Department.
