Police Searching for Man Who Robbed Tallahassee Bank

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police Department has asked for the public's help in identifying a man who robbed a bank.

Police said that around 5 p.m., a man came into the Hancock Bank on Capital Circle Northeast and implied that he had a weapon. Employees told police that the man then demanded money and after receiving an undisclosed amount, left.

The suspect was described as a 40 to 50-year-old black male, around 5'1 with a mustache and goatee. They said the man was last seen wearing dark sunglasses, a tan baseball cap, tan button-down long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and dark sneakers.

Police said that no one was injured and that bank employees are working with investigators to identify the suspect.
