Police searching for gunman who killed Florida man

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Police are offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to the arrest of a gunman who shot a 22-year-old in Jacksonville.

Authorities say Tommy Howard Spells was standing on a corner Wednesday when a car drove by and someone shot him.

The Florida Times-Union (http://bit.ly/1zzpOmA ) reports Spells was taken to a hospital where he died.

Police are looking for a grey, midsize sedan.
