THOMASVILLE, GA (WTXL) - A man in Thomasville is now facing new charges for touching a woman while she was shopping.
Nicholas Von Williams is being charged with sexual battery according to the Thomasville Police Department.
Police say the victim reported that Williams groped her twice within the last two weeks at a CVS Pharmacy but hadn't gone to authorities. She says she saw a story about his recent arrest and decided to come forward.
Williams was already being held without bond for an incident earlier this month at the public library.
That was the 35-year-old's third arrest for sexual battery. Williams has also been arrested for exploitation of an elderly person.
