TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Police said a man, who they think may have been responsible for 3 other robberies throughout Tallahassee, robbed a CVS on Wednesday.

Tallahassee Police Department was called to the CVS at 1300 Apalachee Parkway around 4:30 a.m. The suspect came into the business with a knife and demanded money from an employee. Police said once he got the money, he ran.

Investigators believe that this may be the same suspect from a string of robberies in August.

Officers said they were called to 3 different robberies just days apart from each other. On Aug. 19th they were called to the Circle K on Crawfordville Road and called to another Circle K on Northeast Capital Circle Aug. 20th. They were also dispatched to the Firehouse Subs on Apalachee Parkway Aug. 22nd.

The suspect was described as a tall light skinned black male, wearing a brown long sleeve shirt, dark jeans, black bandanna around his face, sunglasses and black baseball hat.

Investigators and the Forensic Unit are continuing to process evidence and interview any possible witnesses. TPD is asking anyone with information about this incident to please contact them at (850) 891-4200 or via CrimeStoppers at (850) 574-TIPS .
