TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man was arrested after police say he urinated on a bus stop seat and flashed officers.
According to court documents, on Monday at 5 p.m., Tallahassee Police responded to a public indecency call at a bus stop on Executive Center Drive.
When police arrived on the scene, they immediately found the suspect, Phillip Bailey, 66, sitting on the bus stop bench.
Officers say Bailey's pants were wet and urine was found on the seats next to him.
Bailey was asked to leave the area, but instead he stood up, unzipped his pants and flashed officers.
At that point, officers arrested Bailey and transported him to the Leon County Detention Facility where he is being charged with public indecency.
