VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - Police said they are searching for a suspect who robbed a Valdosta business in broad daylight.
The Valdosta Police Department said that around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, they got a report from a business in the 500 block of South Patterson Street that they had been robbed.
The business reported that a black man, dressed in all black, came inside the building with some kind of weapon and stole an unknown amount of money. They said the suspect then left the area.
VPD said that K-9's are currently searching for the suspect. No injuries have been reported.
Police are continuing to investigate and we will update this story as we confirm more details.
