Police Investigating Monday Shooting at Valdosta Apartment

VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - An argument at a Valdosta apartment caused a Monday shooting, according to police.

The Valdosta Police Department says witnesses told them two or three people arguing at a Fry Street apartment went around the building and then fired several shots.

Police were called to the scene around 10:12 p.m. Another witness told police they saw the people leave in a red vehicle.

Police say they found two shell casings near the location witnesses say the argument took place as well as a bullet in a nearby window casing.

There were no injuries reported after this incident. 

Detectives say they are looking to see if this shooting is related to another shooting in the area that took place last week.
