PELHAM, GA (WTXL) - Police in Pelham, Georgia, are investigating a Thursday night shooting death and have so far made four arrests.
According to the Pelham Police Department, shots were reported around 10:30 Thursday evening in the 400 Block of Century Road.
Upon arrival, police say they found Anthony Williams Jr. unresponsive. Williams was taken to Mitchell County Hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police say the shooting stemmed from a fight following a basketball game at an area middle school. There were two groups playing and the game turned into a fight.
The groups later met on Century Road where members from one group pulled out guns and fired multiple shots. Police say one of those bullets hit Williams.
So far, police have arrested four individuals and are still looking for a fifth person named Shaquille Crimley.
Those arrested include Donterius Almond, Roderick Williams, Kentarius Ervin and Ken Jenkins.
