UPDATE-- Police have identified the man who was shot and killed at the Sunoco Station off of Woodville Highway Saturday.
They say Matthew Brown was dead when Police arrived on the scene. Investigators say that brown came into the gas station with a gun and demanded money.
He then got into a fight over the weapon with the store clerk who later pulled out a different gun and shot and killed Brown.
According to Authorities Browns get away driver Kendrick Herring has been taken into custody.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police respond to a fatal shooting at the Sunoco station on Woodville Highway.
Tallahassee Police say they arrived to the gas station just before 8 PM on Saturday evening to find one person dead. They are currently interviewing witnesses.
