ATLANTA (AP) - Police say they have arrested a man accused of sexual assault during Dragon Con, the annual science fiction and fantasy convention in Atlanta.
Atlanta police spokesman Lukasz Sajdak says 45-year-old Lerisha Collins turned himself in Friday. He is charged with misdemeanor sexual battery, simple battery and public indecency.
Local news media report that the victim said Collins pressed against her from behind and exposed his penis during a parade for Dragon Con last weekend. The woman made a post on social media about the incident.
Police say the victim attended the parade with her child and fiance.
Jail records shows Collins was being held at the Fulton County Jail before he was released Saturday.
