TALLAHASSEE FLA. (WTXL)-- This month, the group "Continuum of Care" in the Big Bend, will be conducting a "Point in Time" annual homeless population count.
These counts, they say, are critical to ending the experience of homelessness in the area.
This month, the count will take place in five big bend counties, and they need volunteers to make it all happen.
Volunteers are needed to survey homeless individuals living in un-sheltered locations, or to help with photography, headquarters work, and hotline coverage.
The count will be taking place in Franklin, Gadsden, Leon, Taylor and Wakulla counties.
