TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--The Big Bend Homeless Coalition is hosting a planning meeting for community and organizational leaders. It's happening on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the City of Tallahassee Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Affairs on Myers Park Drive.
The meeting is designed to familiarize the first 15 members of a newly forming 36-member Homelessness Board for the eight-county Big Bend area. This meeting is open to the public for observation.
