UPDATE: The driver was identified as Ernest Fouraker, 62, from Pennsylvania. He is in serious condition at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
Fouraker experienced a medical emergency while driving.

SARASOTA, FL (WWSB) - Emergency crews are on the scene of where a pick-up truck went off the roadway and into a business on Siesta Key.
Around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, the driver of a pick-up truck crashed into the front window of the Lobster Pot restaurant.
No one in the restaurant was injured.
The driver was transported to a local hospital. No word on the driver's condition. A medical emergency is believed to be the cause of the incident.
A dog was also reported to be in the pick-up truck and is OK.
The scene is under investigation.
