TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity's public relations firm says they have hired a Title IX adviser to assist the fraternity in a sexual battery investigation.
The fraternity has hired Brett Sokolow, who is the president and CEO of the NCHERM Group, LLC, a national risk management and law firm. He serves as an outside counselor to 35 colleges and universities as a frequent witness in litigation affecting colleges and university. Through NCHERM, he provides consulting on many issues, including sexual misconduct.
The fraternity is under fire for an alleged sexual battery that occurred at their house on the morning of October 11th.
