TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-- The Tallahassee-Leon County Animal Service Center (ASC) presents Minnie, a brown and white, tabby-patterned domestic shorthair mix, as this week's Pet of the Week.
ASC employees think Minnie is about 8 years and 2 months old. He came to the shelter as a stray on April 24, 2013. Her owner brought her to the shelter on April 14, 2013. She is spayed.
Minnie is one of few cats that weren't adopted during the ASC's Feline Frenzy event. If you missed that adoption event, you can still help local animals by attending their next upcoming event, Pints for Paws.
Pints for Paws is a home brewed, handcrafted beer festival that will take place on June 8 at the Market Square Pavilion. The proceeds will benefit the Tallahassee Animal Service Foundation. For more information, view the attached flyer or click here.
