MADISON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Perry man was arrested after police pulled him over and caught him trying to hide a gun in his pants.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office said that on Tuesday afternoon, deputies pulled over a car driven by James Terry for a traffic violation.
When deputies walked up to the car, they saw Terry hide a .32 caliber handgun inside the front of his pants. They removed him from the car and found the gun inside his pant leg.
They said that Terry admitted to them that he was a convicted felon as well.
He was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
