QUINCY, Fla. (WTXL) - A Quincy man died after walking into the path of an oncoming vehicle Saturday night.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, it happened just after 7:00 p.m. on the westbound side of Highway 90 at the intersection of Ward Street.
Troopers say the driver, 86-year-old Robert Lee, tried to cross Highway 90 from south to north when he hit and killed a pedestrian, 55-year-old Robert Clem.
According to FHP, neither the driver nor his passenger was injured. Troopers do not believe alcohol was a factor.
