SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Suwannee Fire Rescue responded to a scene, where a pedestrian was hit on Tuesday, November 28 around 6 p.m.
The crash had U.S. 27 bridge closed at the Suwannee County and Lafayette County Line.
A 2010 Chevy Malibu struck 15 year-old, Brandon Lee Slaughter, who was walking in the roadway on the narrow bridge.
Slaughter was pronounced dead on the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
