TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Tallahassee man was hit and killed on North Monroe Street on Sunday afternoon.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say the victim, Andrew Chester, 34, was hit by an SUV driven by Teresa Hightower, 63, of Havana, while he was walking on the street.
Traffic was diverted onto Fred George Road. Troopers finished clearing the scene about 5:30 p.m.
