PANAMA CITY, FL (WTXL) - Attorneys said a Panama City man was charged for his alleged involvement with the production and distribution of child pornography.
The U.S. Department of Justice said in a press release, that David Rossner, 35, allegedly persuaded a minor to send him sexually explicit content so that he could make child pornography in December 2015.
Attorneys also alleged that throughout 2015 and 2016, he received, distributed, and possessed child pornography.
Rossner's trial is scheduled for November 21 at 8:15 a.m.
The case is being investigated by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations and the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
