TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - A Tallahassee-based organization that serves families and children affected by chronic illness is kicking off a brand new program for caregivers.
Meg Fingert joined us to talk about what topics they will discuss, what led to the creation of the support group, and how to get involved.
The Tough As Nails support group is expected to occur monthly, with topic based discussion that will help to build a community between those caring for Hang Tough heroes.
The first meeting of the group will take place on Aug. 25. Upcoming meetings include Sept. 22, Oct. 27 and Nov. 17. Meetings will happen at 6:30 p.m. at CityChurch.
