VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - Community leaders ar making strides to breathe new life into the City of Valdosta.
Agencies like Georgia Power, Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce and Valdosta State University are joining forces to make the community better.
VSU President Richard Carvajal says the movement is called the One Valdosta-Lowndes Initiative, which is a way to formally find out the needs, hopes and projections wanted for the future of Valdosta.
