One person suffered minor injuries in crash that snarled traffic on I-10

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - One person suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident that caused a roadblock in the outside lane of I-10 EB in Tallahassee. 

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 4:38 p.m. Wednesday on I-10 EB near mile marker 200. 

FHP stated Emin Koso, 47, of St. Louis, MO. was driving a freight truck on I-10 and began approaching Charlette Jennings', 45, of Moultrie, GA. car from behind. 

FHP said Koso failed to maintain control of his truck, causing the front of the truck to hit the back of Jennings' car. 

Jennings suffered minor injuries and was taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, while her passenger was not injured in the accident. 

Koso was also not injured in the accident and alcohol did not play a factor in the incident. 

According to FHP, Koso is being charged with careless driving and Jennings is being charged with no proof of insurance. 


TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A crash with injuries caused a roadblock in the outside lane of I-10 EB in Tallahassee.

It happened on I-10 EB near mile marker 200. The Florida Highway Patrol reports they responded to the crash around 4:58 p.m. 

Troopers say the outside right lane was blocked due to the crash. The roadblock has since been removed.

They are reported injuries, though there is no word on the severity or how many people are involved. Traffic is reportedly backed up all the way to mile marker 198.
