LOWNDES COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL)--We now know the name of the driver killed in an accident on I-75 Monday morning.
Troopers have identified the driver as 30-year-old Shawn Ryster.
Troopers say a semi-truck, another commercial vehicle, and a Ford Focus were involved in the crash around 6:30 a.m. in Lowndes County, one mile north of exit 11.
Details about what exactly happened are unclear.
Troopers say the person driving the car was killed. The driver of the semi-truck was hurt.
The three vehicles were traveling southbound.
The semi-truck was hauling beer and overturned. We will keep you updated as we get more information.
