We're getting new details about a Friday bank robbery in Valdosta.
Police say they have the man responsible in custody.
The robbery happened around 4 p.m. at the Southwest Georgia Bank on North Valdosta Road. Police say the man went into the bank, demanded money and fled with an unknown amount of cash. He was pulled over and arrested just miles down the road.
Police say there were about half a dozen customers and employees inside the bank at the time of the robbery. No one was injured and formal charges are pending.
