FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Authorities are investigating after a victim was robbed and shot in the stomach.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office and the Apalachicola Police Department are on the scene of an armed robbery at the D.W. Wilson Sports Complex in Apalachicola.
The victim told authorities that he was robbed and shot in the stomach by a suspect. He is being transported to Weems Memorial Hospital for further evaluation.
