SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - One person is killed and two others airlifted to an area hospital after a multi-vehicle car crash in Suwannee County.
The accident occurred on 77th Road near State Road 247, when a vehicle pulled into the path of a second vehicle that was pulling a boat. As a result, the first vehicle slammed into a tree. The boat being pulled by the second vehicle disconnected lunging forward into the cab seriously injuring the two occupants. The driver of the first vehicle, 79 year old Ronald Emerson was pronounced dead on scene.
