TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - City officials say severe weather could cause cancellations or delays at Tallahassee's Winter Festival this Saturday.
The City of Tallahassee shared a update on social media Wednesday.
Officials say they are closely monitoring the weather forecast on Saturday, December 1, as rain and severe thunderstorms could pose a safety risk.
In the event that changes are made due to severe weather, the city says they will share a day-of update on Talgov.com, Facebook and Twitter.
However, for now, everything remains as scheduled.
For residents who are unable to attend in person but would like to enjoy the festivities, the Lighting Ceremony, start of the Jingle Bell Run and full Nighttime Holiday Parade will be broadcast live on WCOT and streamed live on Talgov.com, Facebook and Twitter.
