VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - Officers are looking for a man, they say, scammed a Valdosta couple out of nearly $11,000, to sealcoat their driveway.
Police say this is a job local professionals claim should only cost about a thousand dollars to do.
Valdosta police say they have an arrest warrant for Frank Costello. According to officers, the 31-year-old works out of the Tallahassee and Valdosta areas.
Police say Costello may be with an older man who may claim to be his father. Officers say he drives a large burgundy pick-up truck with a Texas plate.
